Calcium Acetate Dried

Calcium Acetate Dried 99–105% is a high-purity inorganic salt with the chemical formula Ca(CH₃COO)₂, typically supplied as a white, odorless, crystalline powder or granules. The “dried” grade indicates a low moisture content, ensuring improved stability, free-flowing characteristics, and extended shelf life.

This compound is highly soluble in water and forms clear, neutral to slightly alkaline solutions. It is widely used across pharmaceutical, food, and industrial applications due to its excellent buffering and calcium-supplying properties. In the pharmaceutical industry, it is used as a calcium supplement and phosphate binder, while in the food industry, it functions as a stabilizer, preservative, and firming agent (E263).
