Zinc Oxide (Pure) 98% is a high-purity inorganic compound with the chemical formula ZnO, supplied as a fine, white, odorless powder. It is insoluble in water but readily dissolves in acids and alkalies to form corresponding zinc salts.

This grade of zinc oxide offers excellent chemical stability, high whiteness, and fine particle size, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial and general-purpose applications. It possesses UV absorption, antibacterial, and mild astringent properties, which contribute to its usefulness in various formulations.

Zinc oxide is widely used in rubber manufacturing (as an activator), paints and coatings (as a pigment and protective agent), ceramics, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and chemical processing. It also plays an important role in electronics and specialty materials due to its semiconducting behavior.
